The following General Terms and Conditions came into effect on 01/06/2025. Before you start playing, please read the General Terms and Conditions section carefully. By using the website, you automatically agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

The English version takes precedence.

1. General

1.3. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Casino from time to time. We will do our best to notify players of any material changes via email. However, we recommend that all players regularly visit this page for any updates.

1.4. These General Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the player and the Casino. Please read the terms and conditions in their entirety before registering an account. If you do not accept any part of the terms and conditions, you may not use or continue to use the website.

1.5. Players agree to receive communications from the Casino electronically (e.g. email), via SMS or telephone calls (“Communication Channels”). We communicate through these channels or through notifications on the Website. Players may opt out of marketing emails. However, we reserve the right to send necessary information about account balance or website features even if you have unsubscribed from regular mailings.

2. Game availability

2.1. Please note that certain games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions according to the game providers’ policies, which may change from time to time.

2.2. We cannot guarantee that refunds, deposits, winnings or bonuses received by a player – residing in a country restricted by licensees, software or payment providers – using encrypted connections for the purpose of spoofing their geolocation will not be forfeited and claimed back by us. Such action is considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse account opening, close or suspend accounts, withhold winnings and apply such remedies against damages caused by the player.

3. Accepted currencies

4. Who gets to play?

4.1. The Casino only accepts players from countries and regions where online gambling is permitted. It is the player’s responsibility to check the applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction before placing bets.

4.2. The Casino only accepts players of legal age (at least 18 years old) and those who have reached the age of majority according to the regulations of their home country for online gambling . The player is responsible for knowing local age limits.

4.3. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that no applicable laws are broken by participating in the games. Real money deposits and gambling are subject to the laws of the home country and the player must comply with these rules.

4.4. The Company may request proof of age and restrict access or suspend the account of players who do not meet the requirement.

4.5. Players from the following countries and territories (“Restricted Countries”) are not permitted to deposit or play for real money: Australia, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, USA, UK, Turkey , China, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Thailand. The Casino cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event of a breach of this policy.

4.6. Players from countries and territories restricted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) are not allowed to deposit or play for real money. Blacklist: North Korea and Iran. Greylist: Albania, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Zimbabwe. The Casino cannot guarantee withdrawals/refunds in case of breach of this part of the terms and conditions.

4.7. We do not accept payments or users from, among others: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Barbados, Botswana, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Fiji, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Samoa, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

5. Use of player account

5.1. Before placing bets, you must register and open an account on the website.

5.2. You must provide all required information during registration, including a valid email address. Without a valid email address, we cannot assist with “forgotten password” requests and you will not be able to make deposits or withdrawals. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is true, complete and accurate.

5.3. Choose a username and password for logging in. You are responsible for keeping your details secure and not disclosing them. The Casino is not responsible for any misuse of your account by third parties as a result of you intentionally or unintentionally sharing your details.

5.4. For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties.

5.5. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit.

5.6. All information provided to iwildcasino11.org during the term of the agreement must be true, complete and accurate. Changes must be notified immediately.

5.7. It is not permitted to transfer funds between player accounts, receive funds from other players or transfer/sell/buy accounts.

5.8. If a bet has been confirmed or a payment made by us in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected bet or correct the error by settling the bets at the correct odds/terms that would have applied without the error.

5.9. If you discover possible errors or deficiencies in the software, you agree not to exploit them and to immediately report them to iwildcasino11.org. Failure to do so may result in liability for all costs associated with the error/deficiency and failure to report them.

5.10. The Company may withhold payments in the event of suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal action may be taken against anyone who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the system. iwildcasino11.org may terminate and/or change games or events on the website.

5.11. Only one Casino account per player is permitted. If you attempt or succeed in opening multiple accounts, in your own name or someone else’s, or use someone else’s account, the Casino may immediately close all accounts, retain funds and block future use.

6. Deposits

6.1. You may only participate in games if you have sufficient funds in your account. Demo/free play may be permitted at the Casino’s sole discretion.

6.2. We do not have a minimum deposit requirement. The maximum amount depends on the payment method chosen. We also offer games with certain cryptocurrencies.

6.3. We may in some cases credit personal “bonuses”. Terms and amounts are determined by the Casino and stated on the website. Specific withdrawal requirements may apply according to the bonus policy/loyalty program (e.g. wagering requirements).

6.4. iwildcasino11.org is not a financial institution and should not be treated as such. The account does not earn interest.

6.5. The Casino is not a currency exchange and does not perform any conversion between currencies.

6.6. Only your own, legal funds may be used to fund the account. By using the website, you confirm that the funds deposited are not borrowed and are of legal origin.

6.7. Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits via these payment systems.

6.8. If you wish to limit your gambling, you can set limits in your profile on the website or contact [email protected].

6.9. Online gambling may be illegal where you are located; in which case you may not use your card for the transaction.

6.10. The cardholder is responsible for knowing the laws regarding online gambling in their home country.

6.11. Minors are not allowed to participate in activities on the website.

6.12. “Chargeback” leads to account closure and balance offset.

7. Withdrawal Policy

7.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is 25 USD or equivalent. The maximum withdrawal depends on the selected method. If the payment system limit is exceeded, the payment will be made in partial amounts. The maximum withdrawal in fiat per transaction is 1,000 USD (or equivalent), subject to overall limits.

7.2. If we mistakenly credit winnings that do not belong to the player – due to technical error, manual error or otherwise – the amount remains our property and is deducted from the account. If the player has already withdrawn the funds, the amount constitutes a debt to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you must immediately notify us by email.

7.3. Play funds are consumed immediately and the Casino does not offer buybacks or cancellations. iwildcasino11.org may pay out larger winnings in monthly installments.

7.4. We may carry out verification checks at any time upon initial withdrawal and subsequently, at our sole discretion, without explanation. Examples include copies of passport/national ID, proof of address, and copies of debit/credit cards used.

7.5. The player is responsible for ensuring that KYC documents are genuine. Forged documents may result in confiscation of deposits and winnings.

7.6. To request a withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times (3×). This is in accordance with anti-money laundering practices. The player is responsible for any taxes and fees on winnings according to the laws of their home country.

7.7. If a crypto deposit is sent to the wrong network address (e.g. BTC to a BCH address), iwildcasino11.org will not attempt to restore the amount. A restoration fee may be charged if attempts are made, without guarantee.

7.8. The internal currency of the website is EUR and/or USD. For transactions in other currencies, the amount charged may differ slightly due to exchange rates at the bank/payment provider.

7.9. Withdrawal processing time depends on the method/provider. Usually up to 72 hours, but can vary. After the withdrawal has been released, the respective method’s transfer time applies.

7.10. We reserve the right to apply additional KYC checks to deposits at all stages, including the first deposit.

7.11. We may call the number you provided as part of KYC. No payouts will be made until the account is fully verified.

7.12. We are not a financial institution. The account does not earn interest and no currency exchange services are offered.

7.13. It is mandatory to meet a wagering requirement before withdrawal: at least one game equivalent to the total amount deposited, which in practice is 3x deposit. IWL funds may only be wagered on iWilds Slot games ; bets on other game types do not count. The bonus policy may stipulate different wagering requirements for certain bonuses.

7.14. iwildcasino11.org may set its own terms and conditions for payments/withdrawals, including minimum and maximum amounts per transaction. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the method, account status and other factors.

7.15. If the player has received free spins or other no-deposit bonuses, a deposit of at least 25 USD (or equivalent) must be made before winnings from these can be withdrawn.

7.16. The daily withdrawal limit at iWild is $1,000 for all players. These limits ensure a smooth and fair experience.

8. Responsible gambling

8.1. Upon request for self-exclusion, the account will be closed immediately and play on that account will be prevented. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent the opening of new accounts, but the player is responsible for ensuring that no other accounts are created. The Casino cannot be held liable for losses on other accounts.

8.2. Players can set a loss limit on their account, as well as other limits.

9. Inactive accounts

9.1. An inactive (dormant) account is an account that you have neither logged in nor logged out of for six (6) consecutive months. If an account becomes inactive, the Casino may charge an administrative fee of 5% of the balance or a maximum of USD 100, whichever is higher.

9.2. The Player authorizes the Casino to charge the fee at the beginning of the month after the account becomes inactive, and thereafter each month until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.

9.3. All costs that may arise in connection with a refund are borne by the player.

9.4. If the account has been inactive for 48 months, the balance will be confiscated.

10. Account closure

10.1. You can close your account by contacting us via [email protected]. iwildcasino11.org will then refund any funds in your account. The refund method is selected by the Company at its sole discretion.

10.2. In order to combat fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and abuse, iwildcasino11.org may verify identity in connection with closure. We may request updated documents, interview (Skype/Zoom), confirmation of the origin of funds and/or a high-resolution selfie photo with valid ID documents, even if KYC has been completed previously.

10.3. The Company may close the Player’s Account and refund the balance (less any withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide reasons or prior notice.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. The player is responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings in accordance with applicable laws.

11.2. The Player understands that participation in the Games entails the risk of losing deposited funds.

11.3. The Company is not liable for any damage/loss to players or third parties directly/indirectly caused by, among others:
11.3.1. mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling error, reading error, transaction error, technical error, technical risk, registration error, obvious error, cancellation of games for any reason whatsoever;
11.3.2. Force majeure;
11.3.3. breach of the terms and conditions by players or third parties;
11.3.4. collusion/criminal acts by players or third parties;
11.3.5. advice or recommendations from iwildcasino11.org or third parties via the services/website;
11.3.6. financial market movements, including exchange rate fluctuations.

11.4. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any loss/damage that was not reasonably foreseeable to both iwildcasino11.org and the player at the time the terms were entered into.

11.5. The Company’s aggregate liability to a player for all losses in connection with a game/bet will never exceed (to the extent permitted by law) the amount wagered in the game/bet that gave rise to the claim.

11.6. The Company may close the Account and refund the balance (less withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide reasons or prior notice.

12. Anti-fraud policy

12.1. The company has a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various tools. In case of suspicion of fraud – including but not limited to collusion between players, fraud against other casinos, payment denials, multiple accounts, cheating or filing for bankruptcy in the home country – the account may be closed and all payouts stopped. We may also notify the relevant authorities. Delaying game rounds, leaving large bets or exploiting bugs are also violations of the terms.

12.2. If the Casino discovers that a user has accepted bonuses/promotions with the aim of creating positive expected value through known methods to secure withdrawals, winnings may be immediately confiscated and the account closed, with the right to refuse further withdrawals. For example: delaying game rounds, including free spins/bonus features until later when no wagering requirements remain, and/or making a new deposit while such features are still active – the Casino may then withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate winnings.

12.3. iwildcasino11.org prohibits collusion between players and the use of robots or programmed devices in games.

12.4. The Casino may close the account and refund the balance (less withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide reasons or prior notice.

12.5. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings on the balance will be deducted when calculating the refunded amount.

13. Refund Policy

13.1. Please contact our customer service as directed on the website for complaints about our services.

13.2. In order to process a refund, we may request the following:
13.2.1. Photo of both sides of your passport, driving license or other ID document;
13.2.2. Proof of address (photo of a paper document issued within the last 90 days, e.g. government document, bank statement, bill);
13.2.3. Alternatively, the original PDF of the bill/bank statement with name and account number can be uploaded if it has not already been submitted as proof of address.

13.3. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

13.4. If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited to the player’s account, the player will be informed and the process will be completed within 48 hours of the decision.

13.5. Before a refund is made, bonuses and winnings on the balance are deducted when calculating the amount.

14. Complaints

14.1. Contact customer service as directed on the website for complaints.

14.2. Complaints are handled by support and escalated within the organization if the matter cannot be resolved immediately. The player is reasonably informed of the status.

14.3. If the dispute is not resolved by the Casino management, the player may turn to an independent body, gaming authority or licensor specified on the website.

14.4. In the event of a dispute, the player agrees that server logs and records constitute final evidence of the outcome. In the event of a discrepancy between the results on screen and the game server, the server log shall prevail. Our records are final evidence of the terms and conditions of the relevant online gaming activity .

14.5. When we contact the player in such a matter, we will use the contact details contained in the player’s account.

15. Sanctions and termination

15.1. In the event of a breach or reasonable suspicion of a breach of the terms and conditions, the Casino may deny, suspend or close the account, withhold winnings and use the funds to cover damages.

15.2. The player acknowledges that we are the final decision maker as to whether the rules/terms have been breached in a manner that leads to suspension or permanent exclusion.

15.3. The Company expressly reserves all intellectual property rights to the Services and Content; players may not use them for any purpose other than those specified.

15.4. In particular, the player may not:
15.4.1. remove copyright/trademark notices or other proprietary rights notices in or on copies of Content;
15.4.2. use Content in a manner that infringes the rights of the Company or third parties;
15.4.3. use Content in an unlawful manner or in violation of the iwildcasino11.org Terms and Conditions;
15.4.4. use, reproduce, modify, edit, mix/remix, add voice/tracks, display, perform, publish, distribute, broadcast, “ perform ”, make available to the public or exploit Services/Content for commercial gain. “Commercial gain” includes, among others, activities that generate advertising revenue/subscription fees or reduce the need for third parties to subscribe to the Company’s Content;
15.4.5. copy, publish or redistribute Content or information derived therefrom;
15.4.6. archive/store Content for access by someone other than the user themselves.

16. Intellectual property rights

16.1. The design of the Website and Services, all software and Content are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights belonging to iwildcasino11.org and/or its licensors.

16.2. The Player may only view, download and save on a compatible device, print, use, quote and refer to the Content for their own, non-commercial use, with proper attribution to iwildcasino11.org where appropriate.

16.3. iwildcasino11.org expressly reserves all intellectual property rights to the Services and Content; the player may not use them for any purpose other than the above.

17. Definitions

Account – the player’s personal profile on the website, used to manage funds and access games.

Bonuses – promotional offers that the Casino gives to players and which are subject to specific terms and conditions.
